Shipping
FREE Shipping! As this time we only ship to the US. Your order will be shipped in 1-3 business days, and typically arrive in 3-6 business days thereafter. We are not responsible for any carrier delays or issues that may arise, once the package is shipped.

All sales are final and we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We put A LOT of time and money into sourcing and cleaning bags, as well as carefully packaging with lots of love and freebies! All bags are pre-owned and we aim for full transparency in our photos and descriptions of bags and any flaws they may have. We urge you to carefully refer to photos and descriptions provided, and to ask any and all questions you may have before purchasing.

Orders & Products
All orders come with free bag charms/accessories, gifts, and unbranded dust bags (with the exception of some larger bags) / some with original Coach dust bag (where noted). We are not affiliated with any brands, and all accessories are unbranded.
All products are deemed to be authentic, and we are happy to help if any questions arise surrounding authenticity. We would never knowingly sell anything non-authentic and do our due diligence when assessing products.
